Rosa Lin is the mother of two children. In order to find a better living environment for her family, she decided to immigrate to Canada in 2010 and started a new career in the financial industry upon settling here.   With her reputation soaring within a short period of time, she has attracted many clients, and she has gained and maintained their trust since then. While she achieved outstanding performances in her first year, she proved her ability by doubling her production in the second year.  By the third year, she tripled the production of the previous year. And now, she becomes the Top of the Table member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table Association.

She often says, "Be a good person first, then do good work".  She is kind towards people, grateful for all that she possesses, and genuinely ethical in her work.  With her professionalism, competence, and integrity of conduct, Rosa maintains an excellent reputation in the industry. "The philosophy I hold is to provide professional help and guidance for Chinese living in Canada, enabling them to gradually attain financial freedom, to plant their roots in this country without apprehension, and to lead content and comfortable lives."

Rosa also has a bright outlook for the future:  "Our younger generations have unlimited potential to supersede their parents.  It is much more important to develop their children’s financial senses.  As said in the Chinese idiom ‘teaching one fishing is a greater gift than giving one a fish’, by allowing the younger generations to self-manage their finances, children could relate to the difficulties encountered by their parents, learn to be grateful, and help themselves to realize their own goals, dreams, and values. I believe that this will be their true wealth for their entire lives."

Rosa attributes her own success to time, place, and people.  For those who knew her personally, they recognized that her success stems from conquering a harsh childhood in poverty, her devotion to self-improvement, her fighter spirit, and her grateful attitude.  She changed and crafted her own destiny, as well as her family's. With support from Rosa’s friends and clients, in combination with her own efforts, she is empowered to create dreams, fulfill goals, and surpass peaks.
